This one relates to my favorite TV show. I would love to travel around the world and try all of the different food. It wouldn't even bother me much if I completely skipped the tourist hot spots. If I'm going to go somewhere I want the true experience of the place I'm going not the mainstream tourist traps. If I'm going to a foreign country why do I want to be surrounded by the same people and culture I'm trying to have a vacation from.
I guess I have two vacations I would like to take. The other would be hiking back into the mountains hundreds of miles from anyone and kind of live off the land. That idea has appealed to me for quite a while. I'm sure I'm romanticizing it to the extreme but it would be fun to see if I am even somewhat up to the task of surviving without going to the store for all of my food.
You can't even make a 10 mile hike without throwing up. Then laying on the couch for 2 weeks after. Well part of that was the hospital stay. Suck it up and get walking. We will never get done. Love DAD!!!
